Main Purpose
The Global Operational Excellence Specialist is responsible for delivering operational excellence by driving efficiency, productivity, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities & Key Tasks
Process Optimization – Identifying process inefficiencies, standardizing best practices, and improving workflows to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Continuous Improvement – Champion a culture of continuous improvement to achieve efficiency in both processes and systems.
Change Management – Leading transformation initiatives and ensuring adoption across global teams.
Performance Metrics & KPIs – Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to drive strategic decisions and measure success of transformation initiatives.
Cross-functional Collaboration – Working with all organization streams and regions to align goals.
Technology Integration – Leveraging available technology toolsets to streamline operations.
Compliance Management – Ensuring global operations meet ISO regulatory standards.
Training & Leadership – Coaching teams on best practices in operational excellence.
Knowledge & Experience
Understanding of industry Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) and Quality Management System (QMS) standards such as ISO 27000:1 and 9000:1.
Minimum of ITIL Foundation Certification or equivalent.
Proven track record in operational excellence, process improvement, or global operations.
