Position Overview:
We are seeking an energetic and visionary Head of Sales Enterprise to lead our Enterprise Sales team in the Netherlands. This is an exciting leadership role where you will oversee a dynamic sales team, manage strategic accounts, and drive the growth of our enterprise business. You will also play a key role in shaping sales strategies, building profitable relationships, and identifying new opportunities in the competitive market.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative sales strategies to grow the enterprise segment in the Netherlands.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
- Manage your own portfolio of key accounts, nurturing relationships and driving business growth.
- Foster strategic business relationships with key enterprise clients to promote Ascom’s brand and solutions.
- Oversee forecasting, reporting, and data-driven decision-making, ensuring revenue targets are met.
- Represent Ascom at industry events, trade shows, and forums to expand market presence.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and regional management to drive strategic initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Equivalent work experience is also welcomed.

Experience: Minimum 5 years in a senior sales role, with proven success in driving revenue growth in a dynamic business environment.

Leadership: At least 2 years managing diverse teams in multicultural settings. A track record of building high-performing, inclusive teams is essential.

Data-Driven: You can analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and sales performance to develop actionable strategies.

Stakeholder Management: Strong customer focus, excellent negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to manage high-value clients effectively.
Key Competencies:

- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on account management and sales execution.
