 Software Installation Simplified

  •  Cloud based deployment options. Enabling the customer with the ability to utilize a cloud-based SQL server provides an array of feature enhancements around scalability, flexibility, cost savings and security. It accomplishes these benefits by reducing installation time on site, reducing reliance on more expensive local servers and supporting scalability for multiple sites. It also delivers higher cybersecurity by allowing customers unique database naming provisioning and credentialing.
  • Import and export templates.  Unique to Telligence, this smart software capability streamlines deployments for Ascom partners and customers. It supports deployments while the system is online and offers efficiencies as health systems scale across facilities by allowing them to deploy and cascade templates themselves.
  • No downtime for IP restarts. Hospital IT administrators can now make configuration changes and push updates without any disruption to clinical delivery. This helps eliminate five to eight minutes of downtime per IP device or unit and encourages delivering improvements to workflows as they’re needed.

 Hardware Designed for Flexible Integrations & Settings

  •  Room gateway offers new capabilities. With Telligence’s flexible hardware design, customers get the powerful capabilities of a Station Gateway and TelliConnect in the form factor of a dome light. This space saving design supports medical device integration, allowing hospitals to reduce expenses through more flexible hardware options.
  • Leverage existing cable infrastructure. Telligence now allows customers to reuse existing cable infrastructure from Hill Rom and Rauland system designs, making a transition to Ascom Telligence smooth and cost effective.
  • Clinical-Centric Customizations. Unlike other systems, Ascom Telligence 7 offers unique bedside module and pillow speaker customizations that support various care delivery needs. Ascom’s new virtual nursing pillow speaker model gives hospital systems access to built-in capabilities that support virtual nursing initiatives.
  • Eliminate Overhead Paging. With Ascom’s PBX integrations nurses or staff can simply dial a number on the Staff Console or TelliConnect for direct communication to any device on the PBX network.
